Smart HR Management gives a head office one attendance record across all its locations, while each location sees only its own staff. Attendance comes straight from the biometric devices, so nobody retypes a register.

Leave and payroll are built in but stay switched off until you need them, so a business can start with attendance and add the rest as it grows.

What it does

Attendance from biometric devices

Machines feed the system, and people stop copying registers.

Connects ZKTeco devices at each location and pulls their logs at a daily cut-off, so the arrival report is ready when you need it.
Each location sees only its own attendance, and head office sees every location.
A device check confirms each machine is configured and working, and keeps the employees registered on the device in step with the system.

Employees, shifts and rosters

Set up people once and let the rules do the rest.

Head office registers each employee with a branch, designations and departments, and an employee can belong to more than one department.
Shifts come with grace time, and a roster screen helps you plan who works when.
Optional employee fields stay optional, so you can start with the basics.

Leave management

Your leave policy, written into the system.

The leave year, entitlements by employment type and leave for probation staff all follow your policy.
The sandwich rule is a setting you switch on or off.
Branch managers can approve leave, and the record shows it was branch-approved.

Payroll

Monthly payroll from the attendance you already have.

Payroll runs on the calendar month, with the daily rate worked out from the salary.
Late deductions, overtime, EOBI, social security and income tax are set in configuration, not in code.
Advances and loans are tracked, and salaries can be paid by cash, bank transfer or both.

Mobile portal for department heads

Managers see their own people without opening the full system.

Department and section heads log in from a phone.
They read daily, summary and individual attendance reports for their own team.
The portal reads the same database as the main system, so the figures always match.
